I'm Daniela — most people call me Dani. I'm a REALTOR® with Hunt Commercial & Housing LLC, working both sides of Houston: the east side around Idylwood, Lawndale, Broadmoor and Santa Rosa, and out west through Katy, Richmond and the surrounding suburbs. I speak English and Spanish — atiendo a mis clientes en español.
These days I'm working mostly with buyers — first homes, next homes, and people still deciding whether the timing is right. My background is residential and multi-family, which means I read a property's numbers as closely as its finishes. If you're buying somewhere you'll also rent out, that's familiar ground.
